Excellent experience working with the team towards purchasing a pied-a-terre in downtown. Once we found the right property through their direct access to the MLS with automatic notifications, the agent helped put in an offer on Day 1 the property was listed on the market. Maybe it’s luck – I say it’s really skill and expertise – but we actually got our offer accepted and ended up buying the property at least 5% under market price… all this in the hottest market we have ever had!
Overall, very very happy with the agents. They’re awesome and I will definitely work with them exclusively on any future real estate transactions I will be doing in the future!!!
